Mussels in lemon sauce with basil and tomatoes, seafood seasoned with mixed salad, carrot, leek and cherry tomatoes with citrus vinaigrette, mediterranean mussels or warm seafood salad or shrimp pastry in chardonnay sauce.
MAIN DISHES
Pastry with vegetables and sautéed shrimp in white wine sauce or fish and shrimp served with vegetables in hibiscus flower and ginger sauce or beef steak in chianti sauce with shiitake mushrooms served potatoes or chicken wrapped stuffed with spinach and cheese.
DESSERT
Strawberry mousse with white chocolate.
