Mussels in lemon sauce with basil and tomatoes, seafood seasoned with mixed salad, carrot, leek and cherry tomatoes with citrus vinaigrette, mediterranean mussels or warm seafood salad or shrimp pastry in chardonnay sauce.
MAIN DISHES
Shrimp and fish composition with ginger hibiscus sauce served with crudite of vegetables or Filet medallion with chianti sauce and shiitake mushroom acompained with baked potatoes or spinach, chicken and cheese scallop with mediterranean fricase.
DESSERT
Strawberry mousse with white chocolate.
